With one-time clamping and multi-stroke reciprocating rolling, it significantly improves forming efficiency and spline consistency. An intelligent guideway lubrication monitoring system and high-flow coolant ensure stable performance during continuous forming. The machine can be equipped with a gantry type or robotic arm system for automated loading and unloading, making it ideal for mass production of CV joint components, tripod housings, inner race, spline shafts, and other automotive transmission parts.
