Specially designed for machining long shaft spline gears, it is ideal for mass production of transmission shafts, spline shafts, and similar components, widely used in the automotive, construction machinery, and agricultural equipment industries.

 

Machine Characteristics 

1. The machine tool adopts horizontal front and rear layout, and the electrical control box of the machine tool is left rear-mounted; the hydraulic pressure, lubrication and cooling of the machine tool are completely independent systems.
2.The main casting adopts double-wall, high-bar plate structure design, which not only ensures the rigidity but also the stability, and the circulating cooling of the cooling oil ensures the thermal balance of the machine tool.
3. Adopting the principle of spreading method to realize the processing of the following tooth parts: cylindrical spur gears, helical gears (shaft gears, disk gears), worm gears, small taper gears, drum gears, splines, sprockets, synchronous belt wheels.
4. The speed range of hob spindle can be adapted to the use of single-head or double-head hob, large and small diameter hob can be high-speed, high-efficiency hobbing processing;
5. It is equipped with quick tool change mechanism and automatic clamping device for tool spindle;
6. The tool spindle is driven by servo motor and set with spindle overload automatic monitoring and alarm device;

    The hob spindle speed range is suitable for using double-start hobs, allowing both large and small diameter hobs to achieve high-speed and high-efficiency gear hobbing.
 

Based on the generating method, the machine can process various types of gears, including cylindrical spur gears, helical gears (shaft and disc gears), worm wheels, small taper gears, crowned gears, splines, sprockets, and timing pulleys.

 

Equipped with high precision, high rigidity hobbing fixtures that allow quick changeover, meeting the requirements for high accuracy and flexible machining. It features a quick tool change mechanism and an automatic hob clamping device.
