The efficiency of gear milling is influenced by workpiece material, workpiece hardness, process fixture systems, cutting tools, gear module, etc. Machining efficiency depends on feed rate and insert life.

Multi-tool machining is recommended to reduce insert wear, allowing further increases in workpiece hardness.

The cutter body is machined from a single piece of high strength alloy steel and undergoes heat treatment to ensure stability and durability. The inserts are made of cemented carbide, offering excellent wear resistance and impact toughness. The cutter head can be customized for different gear modules, tooth profiles, and machine tool interfaces, with adjustable outer diameter, insert count, and mounting specifications. It is compatible with CNC gear hobbing machines, heavy duty machining centers, and similar equipment.
