This vertical spline rolling machine features wear-resistant special-material castings and a pre-tensioned rigid frame structure to ensure long-term stability. Its versatile die combinations and reverse rolling capability help reduce tooling costs, while single-clamping multi-stroke rolling significantly improves efficiency and accuracy. The dual-servo, full-closed-loop synchronous drive achieves low-noise and highly precise forming. Intelligent full-servo front and rear support technology ensures safe clamping detection.

The machine is equipped with smart guideway lubrication monitoring and a high-flow cooling system for reliable forming performance. Its compact structure and ergonomic operating height enhance ease of use, and it can be integrated with gantry or robotic arms to support fully automated production lines.
