GEAR DEBURRING CHAMFERING MACHINE
Gear Chamfering machine is used to chamfer and remove the burr on the gears after the gear cutting process.

The tooth profile milling (that is,ful tooth profile milling chamfering) process effectively replaces the traditonal grinding wheel grinding, metal cutterhead cold extrusion and other backward chamfering methods, the chamfer angle of the tooth end can be controlled, the chamfer is continuously transitioned and the consistency is good, effectively reducing the noise generated by gear meshing,and greatly improving the gear chamfering process standard to enhance the competitiveness of the product itself.


YKF93 series CNC gear milling machine adopts CNC machining layout, which is suitable for cylindrical  disc/shaft gears(internal and external teeth/straight helical teeth), splined rectangular teeth, cycloid wheels, etc. With self-service parametric adjustment ability, interactive parametric input can be carried out through the interface, and the corresponding parameters are entered in the parameter column of the system interface acsording to the characteristics of the workpiece (number of teeth, modulus,helix angle, pressure angle, tooth root circle, positon conditions and other parameters) for logical conversion, and the corresponding milling program is generated.The corresponding parameters can be saved and imported again. which is convenient for quick production changeover. The upper and lower knife shaft clamping the conical machine clamp chamfer knife is controlled by the program, and the upper and lower tooth ends can be milled at the same time.

according to the characteristics of the workpiece to be processed (number of teeth, modules, pressure angle, helix angle, root circle, positional conditions, etc.) through the interface to enter the corresponding gear parameters for logical conversion, to generate the corresponding chamfering program (archived processing data)

The machine is a vertical 5-axis CNC machining layout with two tool spindles arranged on a combined slide base on the same side as the chamfering column. Non-contact inductive probes (Balluff) are used for detection and system-controlled indexing to realize the circumferential feed movement of the workpiece. The workpiece indexing and tool spindle feeding movement adopts the CNC interpolation principle. The workpiece spindle is driven by a servomotor, which can realize the adjustment of rotary speed. While the workpiece is rotating continuously, the high-speed rotating cutter axis under the control of the chamfering program carries out uniform cutting motion with constant linear speed along the tooth shape to realize the chamfering of gears. The commissioning is simple and quick.
