Introduction

The G260CNC6 is a 6-axis CNC high-speed gear hobbing machine with 4-axis linkage, featuring a vertical layout. Radial feed is achieved via the large column's movement, with the electrical control box rear-left mounted. Its hydraulic, lubrication, and cooling systems operate independently for reliable performance in precision gear machining.

EGB Application:
Employs an Electronic Gearbox (EGB), eliminating the cumbersome tasks of gear and differential hanging - wheel exchanges in traditional hobbing machines.

Enclosure and Oil Mist Separator:
Comes with a fully-enclosed shroud. An optional oil mist separator can be added to reduce smoke.

Tool Holder Clamping:
The tool holder (tool spindle) uses hydraulic automatic clamping, tensioning, and loosening mechanisms.

Hob Spindle Speed:
The hob spindle speed range is adaptable for single-head or double-head hobs. Both large and small-diameter hobs can perform high-speed and efficient hobbing.
