 The G800 CNC Gear Hobbing Machine is a six axis CNC gear cutting solution developed for efficient machining of spur and helical gears. With a vertical structure and servo-driven axes, the machine provides reliable accuracy and stable performance for medium and large gear production. It is widely applied in industrial transmission and gearbox manufacturing.

Machine Design & Structure

The machine features a rigid vertical column design with reinforced cast iron components, ensuring excellent vibration resistance during cutting.
All feed and rotary movements are controlled by independent servo motors, allowing precise coordination between the hob and the workpiece.

The direct-drive worktable improves indexing accuracy and reduces mechanical transmission errors, contributing to consistent gear quality.
