The machine employs a unique three-axis normal dressing technology for wheel profiling, ensuring even wear distribution on the diamond roller and minimizing the impact of dressing tool wear on workpiece tooth profile accuracy. This dressing method not only guarantees extreme tooth profile precision but also significantly extends the service life and utilization rate of the diamond roller. Coupled with online dressing and automatic compensation functions, the machine maintains the optimal cutting state of the grinding wheel over prolonged periods, ensuring stable processing quality while reducing per-unit production costs.

Integrated with an online detection system, the machine enables real-time measurement and feedback of critical gear parameters (such as tooth profile, tooth orientation, and pitch). Combined with a high indexing accuracy of ±4", it ensures precise control over the grinding process. This functionality significantly reduces auxiliary time for workpiece disassembly and measurement, achieving integrated grinding and inspection. Furthermore, through data feedback and automatic compensation for machining errors, it markedly enhances consistency quality and production efficiency for batch-processed workpieces.
