Machine Coordinate Axes and Associated Motions:

Δ A-axis: The cutter head angular adjustment is automatically performed by an AC servo motor, with the adjustment process executed automatically by the CNC system.  
Δ B-axis: The spindle is driven by a synchronous motor connected to a high-precision helical gear transmission, with a backlash-eliminating gear pair at the output end. The hob spindle is supported by imported high-precision rolling bearings.  
Δ C-axis: High-speed indexing rotation is achieved through a high-precision helical gear transmission. The worktable spindle is supported by imported high-precision, high-rigidity rolling bearings.  
Δ X-axis: Driven by an AC servo motor through a preloaded precision ball screw. The screw support shaft uses high-precision, high-rigidity duplex bearings. The guideways employ a large-section square hard rail structure.  
Δ Z-axis: Driven by an AC servo motor through a preloaded precision ball screw. The screw support shaft uses high-precision, high-rigidity duplex bearings. The guideways are of a square hard rail design.  
Δ Y-axis: Driven by an AC servo motor through a preloaded precision ball screw, enabling axial shifting (crowning) of the hob to ensure uniform tool wear, extend tool life, and reduce equipment operating costs.  
Δ Tailstock Vertical Movement: Utilizes high-precision, high-rigidity linear guides, with vertical motion of the tailstock center achieved by a hydraulic cylinder.

Machine Layout: The machine adopts a vertical configuration, with the radial feed motion accomplished by the movement of a large column; the electrical control cabinet is positioned at the left rear; the hydraulic, lubrication, and cooling systems are completely independent of each other.
