Product Description

The CNC high speed gear milling machine is mainly used for the efficient machining of cylindrical gears. Equipped with a high performance carbide cutter head, its machining efficiency is 3 to 6 times that of traditional gear shaping or hobbing.

It adopts a column moving and table rotating layout. The milling spindle box uses double sided transmission and active backlash elimination to ensure high rigidity during the milling process. The overall structural strength is optimized through finite element design. The column has a double web structure, and the bed guideway has a "rolling + sliding" structure, providing high rigidity and vibration resistance. It is equipped with single indexing cross tooth machining optimization software, enabling milling of gears with arbitrary equal or unequal divisions.

The spindle box is driven by a high power variable frequency motor with stepless speed regulation (LG/ABB, 45kW), meeting various milling process requirements.

The machine tool is equipped with an integral floor mounted hydrostatic worktable and a large diameter double worm gear drive to improve rigidity and stability during high-speed cutting; it also features a matching chip removal device for smooth chip removal. The machine tool features semi-enclosed protection, while the X/Z axis guideways are fully enclosed.

The X, Z, and A axes utilize 1FK7 series servo motors and drive systems;

The C-axis utilizes 1FT7 series servo motors and drive systems;

The CNC system features linear interpolation, circular interpolation, tool position compensation, tool radius compensation, backlash compensation, pitch and measurement system error compensation, and contour monitoring.

Roll-Sliding Composite Guideways: The linear feed axis employs a"rolling + sliding"structure. The sliding guideway uses positive pressure, and the guideway surface is manually scraped and lubricated with oil grooves to reduce friction and low-speed crawling, providing wear resistance and dynamic response sensitivity. The rolling guideway uses "steel-inserted plates + rolling elements" for lateral positioning, with a grinding straightness of less than 0.01mm along its entire length.
