Δ The machine features 5 servo axes and 2 electric spindles, with all 5 axes under full closed-loop control.
Δ It employs profile grinding principles to achieve gear grinding. Both the grinding wheel and the workpiece are driven by direct drive motors, offering the machine efficiency and high precision suitable for batch gear grinding operations.
Δ The workpiece axis is controlled by a closed-loop servo with direct drive. The tailstock has a compound hydraulic and manual mechanism, while both the headstock and tailstock are equipped with fine adjustment mechanisms and remain stationary during operation.
Δ It can grind high-precision gears in large quantities as well as special gears with diameters up to φ400mm, suitable for gear processing in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and machine tools.
Δ The machine is configured with dedicated software capable of grinding various cycloidal gears, splines, and other forms. It can perform tooth shape and tooth direction correction.
Δ The machine is fitted with a contact-type gear alignment and measurement device, capable of automatically aligning gears and measuring gear accuracy online, and it can print out reports.
Δ The coolant tank is equipped with dual magnetic and paper filtration systems and includes constant temperature control.
Δ A dedicated operation interface with menu-style input ensures simplicity and ease of operation.
