This significantly reduces idle travel time and minimizes the influence of dressing roller shape errors on tooth accuracy. It shortens dressing-related auxiliary time and boosts overall production efficiency.

Δ Its advanced dressing technology greatly extends the service life of diamond dressing rollers. CBN or diamond wheels can be dressed online without concerns about thermal drift caused by spindle temperature changes. This ensures consistent, stable grinding for multiple small-diameter parts per dressing cycle, reducing downtime due to frequent dressing or wheel changes and enhancing operational efficiency.

The KN-GS360B is a high-precision horizontal CNC gear grinding machine featuring a seven-axis servo system and high-speed spindle for five-axis simultaneous control. It offers automatic gear alignment to ensure accurate tooth profiles. The GS360B is equipped with a dedicated three-axis normal-direction dressing system that operates independently from the machine's main feed axes, ensuring no interference with the grinding path. Its fully closed-loop control enables real-time monitoring of the dressing process, significantly enhancing wheel profile accuracy and ensuring long-term stability and high-precision performance of the machine.

The automatic stock removal allocation system intelligently distributes the grinding allowance based on the actual gear profile deviation and workpiece condition. This enables efficient and balanced material removal while extending the grinding wheel's service life. Together, these intelligent features reduce manual intervention and enhance machining stability and productivity.

 

Before grinding begins, the machine utilizes an automatic tooth alignment function to accurately detect and calibrate the gear position. This ensures optimal engagement between the grinding wheel and the target tooth profile, effectively preventing profile deviation and enhancing both precision and productivity-especially in multi-clamping or batch processing applications.

Suitable for high-precision batch grinding of cycloidal and spur gears, as well as various tooth profiles such as index plates, plug gauges, knurling rollers, spline shafts, and broaches. Widely used in RV reducers, hydraulic pumps, cutting tools, and the gear industry.
