6-axis CNC and 4-axis linked CNC High speed Vertical gear hobbing machine
Main function and structure of the machine tools:    

1. The machine uses EGB instead of the tedious operation of exchanging gears and differential hanging wheels of traditional old hobbing machines
2. The machine has fully enclosed shroud with optional oil mist separator to reduce smoke volume.
3. Tool holder (tool spindle) clamping method is hydraulic automatic clamping and tensioning, hydraulic automatic loosening.
4. The range of the hob spindle speed can adapt to the use of single-head or double-head hob, large and small diameter hob can be high-speed, efficient hobbing process.
5. Hobbing fixtures with high precision, high rigidity and the ability to realize quick change can be used to meet the needs of high-precision and highly flexible machining;
6. The tool spindle is driven by a servo motor and is equipped with a spindle automatic overload monitoring and alarm device;
7. The machine is equipped with automatic chip conveyor, automatically discharge the molten iron.
