Machine Characteristics 

1. Adopting the principle of spreading method to realize the processing of the following tooth parts: cylindrical spur gears, helical gears (shaft gears, disk gears), worm gears, small taper gears, drum gears, spline, sprockets, synchronous belt pulleys.
2. YK3620 CNC6 is a six-axis CNC, four-axis linkage CNC high-speed hobbing machine.
3. The machine adopts Electronic Gear Box (EGB) to replace the tedious operation of exchanging gears and differential hanging wheels of traditional old hobbing machines;
4. The speed range of hobbing spindle can be adapted to the use of single-head or double-head hobbing, large and small diameter hobbing can be high-speed, efficient hobbing processing;
5. High-precision, high-rigidity and quick-change hobbing fixtures can be adopted to meet the needs of high-precision and high-flexibility machining;
