This gear skiving machine is a CNC gear machining solution that integrates high precision, high efficiency, and excellent flexibility. It adopts a 7 axis CNC system with four axis synchronized control, enabling the machining of various gear types such as internal and external spur gears and helical gears.

Δ The machine features 7 CNC axes with four-axis synchronized control for motion.
Δ It can process internal and external straight teeth, helical teeth, and more. It comes equipped with software for internal and external gear processing.
Δ The main spindle and worktable adopt a direct drive structure, providing stable transmission accuracy suitable for large cutting depths and heavy machining.
Δ It includes a tool magazine with 8 tools and is equipped with two sets of probing systems for tools and workpieces, capable of detecting the positions of both tools and workpieces separately.
Δ It can perform rough and finish turning of gears, single-flank turning, and offset angle turning.
Δ The machine can also incorporate turning and drilling functions.
Δ Special processing software is available for micro-conical teeth, crowned teeth, K-type teeth, and other special tooth forms.
