Product Description

The LC1500EA CNC spline rolling machine delivers high efficiency cold forming for a wide range of shaft gears. The machine is processing a half-shaft with a flange, Equipped with the FANUC system, it supports a max.module of 1.75 and workpiece diameter up to 60 mm. Two opposed dies move synchronously to form splines without cutting, completing each part within seconds. The machine achieves Grade 6 accuracy. Compared with traditional cutting, it delivers over 30 times higher efficiency, tooth surface roughness below Ra1.6, and enhanced strength for demanding automotive applications.

Unlike cutting processes that interrupt metal fibers, cold rolling ensures continuous material flow, resulting in stronger and more wear-resistant splines--ideal for automotive transmission parts.

Traditional spline cutting processes are time-consuming and require multiple steps. The LC1500EA completes spline forming within seconds, achieving over 30 times efficiency improvement.

 

Chipless machining, the machine achieves Grade 6 accuracy with excellent surface finish, even eliminating secondary finishing processes.
