JW36 Series Straight-Side Single Point Press
Details:
1.JW 36 series adds anti-offset adjustment bolts, enlarge front rail support seat and mounting hole to increases the anti-offset capability as well as the support strength.
2.The JW36 large gear is changed from casting to welded parts. It has the advantages of high processing precision, high yield, high hardness of the tooth surface, increased load bearing, light weight, low cost, high production efficiency, short production cycle and nice appearance.
3.Pneumatic and air-oil hydraulic products, adopt high-quality domestic brands and Japanese imports. O-ring, oil seal and other sealing components are all imported parts.
4.The double-deck pallet. To avoid affecting the normal transportation and delivery and improve the safety of transportation.

A. Whole welding, low deformation, especially suitable for processing fine progressive mold.
B. Enhance the eccentric load resistance.
C. Adopt high torque wet type friiction featring stable operation, low noise , long service life and high safety and realiability.
D. Be able to be equipped with various automation perpheral equipment so as to improve the production efficiency.
