Δ The G200 CNC is a six-axis, four-axis synchronized CNC high-speed gear hobbing machine. The six CNC axes are as follows:
   - A-axis: Cutter head angular adjustment movement
   - B-axis: Hob spindle rotation
   - C-axis: Worktable rotary motion
   - X-axis: Radial feed movement
   - Y-axis: Tangential feed movement
   - Z-axis: Axial feed movement
Δ Each CNC motion axis is driven by an independent AC servo motor. The "Electronic Gear Box (EGB)" is used to achieve indexing motion and differential compensation, enabling the machining of various types of gear components using the generating method.

Δ Machine structure features: The main castings employ a double-wall, high-rib structure design, ensuring both rigidity and stability. The circulating cooling oil system further maintains the machine's thermal equilibrium.

Δ Machining applications: Utilizing the principle of the generating method, the machine can process the following types of gear components: spur gears, helical gears (shaft gears, disk gears), worm wheels, small taper gears, crowned gears, splines, sprockets, and synchronous pulleys.
