Introduction

The full-tooth-profile milling chamfering process has effectively superseded archaic chamfering techniques like traditional grinding wheel grinding and metal cutterhead cold extrusion. It allows for precise control over the chamfer angle at the tooth end, ensuring a continuous transition of the chamfer with excellent consistency. This not only significantly reduces the noise generated during gear meshing but also substantially elevates the standard of the gear chamfering process, thereby enhancing the product's inherent competitiveness in the market.

  • Versatile Applicability and Parametric Flexibility:
    The CNC gear chamfering machine is designed with a CNC machining configuration, making it well-suited for a wide range of components including cylindrical disc/shaft gears (both internal and external teeth, straight and helical teeth), splined rectangular teeth, and cycloid wheels. It is equipped with self-service parametric adjustment capabilities. Interactive parametric input can be executed via the interface. In accordance with the workpiece characteristics such as the number of teeth, modulus, helix angle, pressure angle, root circle diameter, and position conditions, relevant parameters are input into the parameter fields of the system interface. These inputs undergo logical transformation to generate the corresponding milling program. Moreover, the parameters can be saved and re-imported, facilitating swift production change-overs.
  • Efficient Machining Control:
    The conical machine clamp chamfer knives, which are clamped by the upper and lower knife shafts, are program - controlled. This enables simultaneous milling of the upper and lower tooth ends, enhancing machining efficiency.
  • Automatic Workpiece Handling:
    The workpiece spindle features automatic clamping and incorporates a tooth-matching (non-contact) function. This functionality is conducive to the automatic indexing of the workpiece angle, ensuring precise and consistent machining operations.
  • Automation Integration:
    The equipment is pre-configured with an automation interface. This provision simplifies the integration with automated production lines, thereby significantly enhancing overall production efficiency.

YKF93 Series CNC Gear Milling Machine

The YKF93 series CNC gear milling machine is engineered with a CNC machining arrangement. It is highly adaptable for processing cylindrical disc and shaft gears (both internal and external teeth, straight and helical teeth), splined rectangular teeth, cycloid wheels, and similar components.

It boasts self-service parametric adjustment capabilities. Operators can perform interactive parametric input via the interface.
