Y35-100T is gantry frame structure,the machine body adopts gantry frame base structure to form a rigid frame,the press head is connected with the piston rod of the master cylinder for up and down movement to ensure the synchronous control precision and anti- deviation load capacity when the master cylinder is loaded,this structure has the overau rigidity,high precision,and strong anti-deviation load capacity;the master cylinder/part of the machine can be adjusted up and down to move.
The tonnage of the pressing cylinder is achieved by the upper piston cylinder,the cylinder body is high-quality 45# cylinder forgings,the piston rod surface is chromium- plated, the hardness reaches HRC38-42,long service life.The main seals of the cylinder adopt imported material sealing ring to ensure reliable sealing.
The main machine is welded steel plate structure.The structural parts are annealed and stress relieved,and there are M20 threaded holes on the working table for mounting;
